All The Feels: Woman Runs A Marathon For Every Day In Lockdown

June 29, 2020

What do you do when there isn't much too do during quarantine? One woman decided to run a marathon every day. She is closing in on her goal of 100 marathons in 100 days.

Alyssa Clark was training to run a marathon but it had been canceled due to the pandemic. Instead of retreating back inside to the couch, not only did she run one marathon, she is well on her way to running 100!

Clark broke the world record with her 61st run on May 30th for consecutive days running a marathon distance.

Marathon 87! One of the parts I’m most looking forward to post this journey, is being a trail runner again. For the last several months, with the pandemic, that wasn’t an option. But, I cannot wait to be back on the trails feeling like I’m flying, being in my happiest place. I hope you are all close or back in the place where you feel most alive and the world feels right. ❤️ One day at a time. One hour at a time. One minute at a time. One step at a time. We keep moving forward. With love to all ❤️--‍♀️--
