Here are 5 things you can do to help you get a better night's rest ...

1. Set your thermostat to 61 degrees. Seems super chilly right? Apparently, that's the temperature the average person sleeps bet in.

2. Don't sleep naked. Wear pajamas or at least underwear. 

3. Get in bed at 10:39 ... or at least around then. You should aim to get at least 7 hours of rest.

4. Put your phone down 37 minutes before closing your eyes. Apparently, the light from your phone keeps you awake.

5. Your sleep position matters. Sleeping on your right side with your legs curled up is recommended.
